ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared after successful payment and order confirmation. Processing time can vary depending on order volume, product availability and the type of drop.
DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout based on your delivery location. Delivery estimates are provided by the available carrier/service and may change because of operational delays, weather or other factors outside our control.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, tracking details will be shared through the order/shipping notification. Use your order number when contacting us about a shipment.
ADDRESS CHECK
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an address issue, contact Brownvasion support as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
WORLDWIDE / INDIA
Shipping availability and delivery options depend on destination. Any duties, taxes or import charges that apply to an international shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
